• Provide emotional and practical support to service users
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assist with daily routines and community activities
• Keep accurate notes and report changes in behaviour or mood
• Work as part of a supportive and friendly care team

• Previous experience in care or mental health support essential
• Empathetic and patient nature
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to complete a Enhanced DBS check
