Summary

Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives – Rugby (PM Shift)

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy logistics site based in Rugby CV 21 area

Main duties include:

• Order picking using voice-picking system and hand scanners

  
  

• Loading and unloading stock

  
  

• Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock accuracy

  
  

• Packing and labelling goods ready for dispatch

  
  

• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times

  
  

• Following health and safety procedures

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience (essential)

    
    

  • Good understanding of English (spoken and written)

    
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    
    

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

    
    

  • Must be available for full-time PM shift

    
    

    Shift & Pay:

    • Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

      
      

    • Pay rate:

      • Up to 30 hours – £14.20 per hour

        
        

      • Up to 37.5 hours – £14.70 per hour

        
        
        

      • Immediate start available
