Summary


We're looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager on a secondment/fixed term basis for an 18 month period to support the delivery of key digital projects.

These will include projects to support the delivery of EmPoweR, our programme to bring a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) to the Trust, as well as other key projects that will support our digital transformation.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.

The post will be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH with the requirement to travel to other sites as required and opportunities for home/flexible working.

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who can manage projects using PRINCE2 methodology, demonstrating excellent risk management and strong communication and leadership skills.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of successfully implementing change in a complex organisation, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and professional groups as part of a Digital Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).

They will be able to provide vision and direction to ensure the project team delivers to schedule, and demonstrate the ability to analyse and review complex facts and information, developing options to support decision making.
