Lowestoft.

About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care branch, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team development. You will lead a team of care staff, manage schedules, maintain regulatory standards, and drive the branch’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
- Manage operational, financial, and compliance aspects of the branch.
- Ensure excellent communication with clients, families, and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a positive and professional culture.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in domiciliary care management is essential.
- Ideally hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery.
