Inventory Operative
Doncaster - £26k p/a increasing to £26.5k in 6 months plus bonus c.£2,500 (depending on company performance - paid quarterly)
A permanent opportunity for an experienced Inventory Operative to liaise with all departments regarding stock queries whilst taking responsibility for stock levels and accuracy. This position offers a chance to grow and develop as the business continues to expand.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Inventory Operative will be involved in:
Stock replenishment and consolidation.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between system and physical quantities.
Investigate and resolve any stock queries relating to the fulfilment of orders.
Liaise with internal colleagues to resolve issues (Warehouse, Customer Services, Sales)
Optimise warehouse space by relocating stock to improve efficiency of pick.
Conduct regular PI counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Use in house stock management system proficiently to achieve the above.
Accuracy & attention to detail is essential, as well as this, the Inventory Operative will need:
Experience in a similar role within a fast-moving warehouse environment.
Excellent PC skills and the ability to complete the required documentation correctly and efficiently.
Positive can-do attitude, able to manage a range of tasks simultaneously.
Priority will be given to candidates with a Counterbalance or Reach FLT license.

Salary: £26,000 p/a plus bonus c.£2,500 p/a paid quarterly
Hours: 7am-4.30pm Mon – Thurs, finishing at 4pm on Friday
Holidays: 22 free days, 3 days for Christmas and 8 bank holidays
