Summary
Director of Finance and Operations

Support Staff Pay Spine £65 - £75K (subject to experience)
St John Rigby College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and forward-looking Director of Finance and Operations who will play a key role in providing financial leadership across the College, through leading and developing all aspects of financial management and ensuring the College meets its legal and statutory obligations. The post-holder will play a pivotal role in securing sustainable growth for the College in line with the Strategic Development Plan.
About the successful candidate
You will be someone with extensive experience at a financial leadership level who feels an affinity with our values and our vision. Other skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for include:
- Membership/Chartered status of a professional accounting body
- Confidence to challenge and influence decision makers
- Skilled at translating complex financial data into clear insights
- Experience, evidenced by a robust track record of success
- Experience of strategic leadership within the education sector beneficial
