Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Team Manager to lead the Social Care Benefits team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee the assessment of financial contributions for care services, ensure timely recovery of payments, and maintain high standards of customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, support, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service targets are met.
- Resolve complex cases using your expertise in social care finance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Revenues, Benefits, and Adult Social Care.
- Drive service improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
