Nursery Assistant – Exeter & Surrounding Areas
We’re currently looking for enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join our agency team, working across a range of welcoming nurseries in Exeter and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll help create a positive, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. You’ll assist with fun, age-appropriate activities, support daily routines such as mealtimes and nappy changes, and work closely with qualified staff to meet each child’s individual needs. This is a great opportunity to build experience in early years and make a real difference every day.
Requirements:
6+ months experience in a nursery or early years setting (paid or voluntary)
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
