Our diverse menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options, and we're proud to serve communities from over 80 locations. As we continue to grow, We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and brand visibility for our takeaway and delivery pizza store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, customer base, and local market presence both online and offline and help us deliver excellence in every slice.
Role: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth:
Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase takeaway and delivery orders.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, community groups, and event organizers for catering and bulk orders.
Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to meet revenue targets.
Explore partnership opportunities with online platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, etc.) and optimize listings for visibility.
Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and implement seasonal promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Manage social media presence and engage local audiences through creative campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and community events to promote the brand.
Analyze marketing results and customer feedback to refine campaigns.
Customer Experience:
Work with store teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Develop initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Operational Support:
Track key performance metrics such as order volume, delivery times, and repeat customers.
Provide insights to improve menu offerings and pricing strategy.
Support recruitment and training initiatives to ensure staff are aligned with brand standards.
Work in the store when situation demands.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales. preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of the local market and customer trends in takeaway and food delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with social media marketing and basic digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Canva, etc.).
Results oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience of Business Development Manager in a takeaway pizza shop or similar fast-paced outlet independently.
· Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-paced service.
· Strong understanding of health & safety, hygiene, and business management principles.

Working Hours & Salary:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week. A competitive salary of £50,000 to £57,000 per year based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and additional benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
