We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton, supporting a leading retail client.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Shift Pattern:
Saturday to Wednesday
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rates:
Basic £15.21 per hour
Overtime: £22.82 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently
- Receiving and storing stock accurately
- Maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
Requirements
- Previous warehouse and MHE experience is essential (PPT)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
