Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a respected independent care and education provider supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning difficulties.
As part of a supportive and inclusive team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young people can thrive and achieve their potential.
What you’ll do:
Provide high-quality care and support in a homely, child-focused setting
Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
Participate in a wide range of activities such as arts and crafts, cinema trips, sports, and outdoor adventures
Work closely with colleagues and professionals to ensure positive outcomes for each young person
Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
A caring, resilient, and empathetic individual
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential – full training provided
Flexibility to work a rota including sleep-ins and weekends
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
