Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
Assisting clients with daily living tasks (e.g., personal care, meal preparation).
Performing moving and handling duties safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and dignity.
Maintaining client dignity and actively promoting their independence.
