Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, commited, dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to help care for our residents weather we are providing long or short term convalescence, respite or pallative care, our aim is for companionship and support to individuals in their own environment promoting independence, Dignity whilst showing empathy and compassion We are looking for a person who is interested in furthering the development of the resident's life, and we'd love to have someone on our team who is willing to be a part of that process. You will also assist with household tasks, cleaning laundry and day to day organising of the home. so it's important that your personal values are congruent with our company's. our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times. Responsibilities:
Use company-provided tools to assist patients with basic hygiene and grooming needs (e.g., brushing hair, gait belt use, elimination management).
Assist patients with moving to and from toilet, transferring to a wheelchair, and positioning for meals.
