About the Role
Worcestershire County Council is seeking a Compliance Manager (Fire Lead) to take charge of fire safety compliance across its estate. This is a hard-to-fill, high-impact role requiring a competent, experienced, and proactive professional who can work autonomously and confidently within a dynamic environment.
You’ll lead on fire safety strategy, ensuring full compliance with legislation, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement across council properties. This hybrid role offers flexibility, but requires a minimum of two days per week on-site in Worcester.
