Crynodeb
To provide consultations via telephone, video consult or face to face to our patients by taking histories, examination, investigations, including diagnostic tests. Treating patients and prescribing appropriate medication. Referring patients or providing advice, as appropriate. To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
