Communications and Content Officer

The Package
• Permanent contract
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Home Working, with the requirement to travel to other locations as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role effectively
• Salary of £ £32,326 per annum
• Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
• Benefits platform with savings on groceries, high-street shopping, new tech, holidays etc.
• Further studies support and career development opportunities

The Role – Communications and Content Officer
We are looking for a creative Communications and Content Officer to lead our storytelling and engagement efforts. You will play a critical role in crafting compelling content, strengthening our brand, and amplifying our voice across digital and traditional channels.
Our Requirements – Communications and Content Officer
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of digital communication platforms and developing technologies
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp), or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Experience of writing, editing, storytelling and producing engaging content across a range of platforms
• Experience of building relationships with stakeholders
• High level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend events out of office hours
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Welsh language skills
• A basic DBS check is required for this role
