Summary
Carers Day to Day Tasks: Assist me to go to school via school transport. I require support with my tracheostomy and oxygen saturation levels, medication and feed via my PEG. I will require you to check my equipment – tracheostomy equipment including blue box, Ventilator feeding machine, oral suction machine and my wheel chair. I also have 3 different types of seizures. I use a sleep system over night to keep me comfortable.
