We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our clients during night shifts and weekends.
If you’re already part of the Phoenix Care Staff network or have previously worked with us, this is a great opportunity to take on additional hours with flexibility and consistent support from our team.
About the Role:
This role involves delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings. You’ll play a key part in supporting residents with their daily needs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
Key Duties:
• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene assistance)
• Assisting with meals and fluid intake
• Using moving and handling equipment safely and appropriately
• Supporting residents emotionally and socially
• Light domestic and cleaning tasks
• Collaborating with other staff to maintain high care standards
What You’ll Need:
• Minimum of 6 months’ paid UK care experience
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach
• Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends
• Commitment to maintaining our quality standards
