Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and emotionally intelligent Content Marketing Executive to bring psychology to life through powerful storytelling and digital campaigns. This role blends creativity with purpose: you’ll craft content that educates, inspires, and destigmatises mental health while driving engagement across multiple channels.
Every piece of content you create will help children and young people take a step towards better mental health - whether that’s booking a first appointment, learning a new coping strategy, or realising they’re not alone. This is marketing with meaning, where creativity meets compassion.
If you’re passionate about content creation and want your work to have genuine impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging content as part of our inbound marketing strategy
• Write blogs and articles on psychology, wellbeing, and mental health topics
• Create social media content that builds awareness and engagement
• Design and update digital resources, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across all platforms
• Collaborate with clinicians to translate psychological expertise into accessible content
• Uphold bMindful’s values of compassion, authenticity, integrity, and resilience
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Confident using Canva (or similar) to create high-quality visual content
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of content management systems
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Previous experience in content marketing or a related role (essential)
• Interest or knowledge in psychology, mental health, or wellbeing (desirable)
A full Job Description can be provided upon request.
