We are a family run nursery, and our practitioners are part of our family.
Our nurseries are based near Edgware town centre and provide exceptional care to children aged 4months to 4years.
We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team. If you enjoy working with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, this is the job for you. You need to have a fun and bubbly personality, excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment. Maths and English grade C / 4 or above or functional skills level 2 is desirable.
We will mentor you through a Level 3 Childcare qualification with the opportunity of being offered a job as a practitioner.

You will be mentored and guided through a Level 3 Childcare qualification. This will take approximately 18 months, working a 30+ hour week. Directing you to become a professional childcare practitioner, with the opportunity of being offered a secure job.
You do not have to attend college as our programme offers a blended approach of an online system, assignments via a platform that helps you learn the skills, reflect on practice with the hands-on learning provided by Shannon ChildCare through observations. Delivering you with a high-quality CPD qualification, enabling you to work within the Early Years sector.
