Crynodeb
Job description : Clean, sanitize, and maintain designated areas including offices, classrooms, restrooms, corridors, stairways, kitchens, and public spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Follow all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Support special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy in all working environments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move around for long periods.
Ability to lift and move moderate weights (up to 25 lbs / 10–15 kg).
Work Environment:
Indoor and/or outdoor settings depending on the location.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise.
