Working in a small friendly Team that provides training to a diverse range of Clinical, Admin and Managerial staff from a spectrum of over 88 clinical services across the Berkshire area (from Newbury to Slough). The primary patient system isRioand the team also train a range of other systems and technologies.
The post holder will support the Berkshire Healthcare Digital Transformation Programme, working as part of a team ofClinical SystemsTrainers. Responsible for design and delivery of highly engaging training services to improve the usage of the systems and technologies across the Trust and our partner organisations.
You will design, develop, and update training materials as well as delivering training to a range of clinical and admin staff from a spectrum of around 100 services across the Berkshire area (from Newbury to Slough).This includes new and existing staff to support implementation of developments andcutting-edgetechnologies, working with the Transformation service to manage and roll out the training delivery of clinical systems in the organisation.
Willing to undertake relevant training, you'llhave excellent presentation and communication skills and experience helping others learn and develop their skills
• Developingexpertiseon the systems, people who use them and their processes.
• Deliver various formats of training,face to face,groupand one to onetraining sessions, presentations, drop-in training, and virtual training sessionsvia Teamswith an interactive and engaging approach. Flexibly adaptingstylesto support a variety of learning styles and personality types.
• Create training session design, guides andotherlearning materialsand working with other IM&T workstreamsand be willing to learn new learningplatforms.
• Supporting staff in their work environment with new technologies
• Act as an expert first point of contact via a post training teams forum providing support to trained delegates, responding to queries raised and sign posting to other support services within the organisation asappropriate.
