Job Description and Duties:
a. Looks after and supports the company’s networks, servers, email, and
security systems.
b. Installs and sets up new servers when needed.
c. Plans and carries out regular maintenance, like installing software and
updates.
d. Checks how systems are performing and suggests ways to make them
better.
e. Finds and fixes problems, and carries out emergency repairs if
something goes wrong.
f. Runs backups, restores data, and restarts systems after outages.
g. Works with users, suppliers, and other technical teams to keep
everything running smoothly.
