We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager who thrives on close collaboration with development teams and the wider business to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of launching successful products.

- Align the product goals with business goals; conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Define the product requirements, acting as a ‘translator’ between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity on priorities and scope of work. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication and promoting transparency. Comfortable working with third-party development partners to deliver products and projects.
- Monitor BAU and post-launch product performance using KPIs and analytics. Incorporate data and feedback into future product iterations.
