Crynodeb
Hospice Nurse Job Purpose Plan and deliver patient-centred care, working closely with patients and their families. Once trained, act as the shift coordinator, overseeing high-quality team nursing care and coordinating wider team care that puts patients' at the heart of what we do. Act as the key worker for a designated caseload, showing nursing leadership byproviding care as part of a multidisciplinary team. See job description attached.
