We're currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant at a vibrant mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

Our client school is a well-regarded secondary with over 1,500 students and a thriving sixth form. You'll be joining a dedicated SEND team with strong leadership and a positive working culture.
Your Role
You'll play a vital role in helping students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing in-class support to SEND students across a range of subjects
- Assisting students during break times, lunch, trips, and extra-curricular activities
- Using positive behaviour strategies to support student wellbeing
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with SEND students
- Previous experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals in education, healthcare, social care, or youth/community work
- Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn and grow - full training and CPD opportunities are provided
