As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with experience in Odoo software to enhance our online presence and support our digital operations.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across our florist business. You will be responsible for securing new B2B and B2C opportunities, expanding corporate and event accounts, and developing long-term partnerships while promoting Belgrave Florist’s unique cultural offering.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and customise visually engaging, user-friendly web interfaces within the Odoo platform.
• Ensure all web designs align with Hollywood Candy Wholesale’s brand identity and product presentation standards.
• Develop responsive layouts and themes that enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Integrate e-commerce, inventory, and customer management functionalities within Odoo.
• Optimise website performance, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Enhance the visual display of products to showcase the company’s diverse American snack and confectionery range.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support online marketing, promotions, and content updates.
• Maintain consistent branding and smooth functionality across all digital channels.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in web design, preferably any ERP-based systems.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Package
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Unit 2 101-103 Margaret Road Leicester LE5 5FW
• Salary: £30000 – £35000 base + commission/bonus (DOE)
• Benefits: Commission scheme, staff discounts, flexible working during festival/wedding peaks, professional development.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional evenings/weekends for weddings, festivals, or events).
