Summary
Job Purpose and work duties
Job purpose:
I am looking for a PA to support my 4 year old daughter who has autism and attends a specialist school. She is non verbal and thoroughly enjoys being outdoors in open spaces, however support may also be required within the family home and / or accessing social opportunities within the community.
Work Duties will include:
Identify local social activities
Motivating and encouraging my daughter to take part and try new things
Helping them to develop social skills
Other requirements
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with both myself and maintaining confidentiality.
Always ensuring the safety of the child
Requirements for applicant
Imagination in relation to activities to undertake
Good sense of humour
Flexible, reliable and honest
Physically fit, agile and energetic
Experience with children with Autism essential
Full driving license with business insurance within your policy
DBS Check will be completed by the employer free of charge
Location Sevenoaks
Number of hours available are flexible. There are 4 hours per week during the Term Time / 8 hrs per week during the Non Term Time available
£12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay
