As Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team and be accountable for the engineering function and overall engineering strategy for the business. This diverse and exciting role includes leading proactive maintenance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting engineering excellence across the site while delivering projects.
Leading the engineering team will require you to be a great coach and mentor, possessing the gravitas to lead by example and ensuring your presence is felt across the team and site.
