Summary
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct comprehensive consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments. Manage both acute and chronic conditions in line with best clinical practice. Prescribe medication safely and appropriately. Provide preventive health advice, including immunisations, screening, and lifestyle guidance. Offer compassionate, patient-focused care across all age groups. Administrative Duties Process repeat and acute prescription requests efficiently. Review and action incoming clinical correspondence and laboratory results. Complete necessary documentation, including medical reports and death certificates. Contribute to the smooth running of practice systems and processes. Team Collaboration Work closely with Practice Nurses and other allied health professionals. Participate in regular clinical meetings and contribute to ongoing service improvement. Conduct home visits and nursing home rounds where appropriate
