Responsibilities
Lead and manage the outreach team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to engage diverse communities.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community leaders.
Plan and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and information sessions.
Monitor and evaluate outreach activities to assess effectiveness and implement improvements.
Prepare and present regular reports on outreach initiatives and community engagement outcomes.
Stay informed about community needs and trends to adjust outreach efforts accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field.
Proven experience in community outreach or engagement, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with diverse groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
Experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on community engagement activities.
Proficiency in using social media, digital marketing, and outreach tools to enhance visibility.
Strong analytical skills for assessing outreach impact and developing data-driven strategies.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.29
