Location: Near Edgware, London | Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Ready to lead a growing care branch and make a real impact? We’re a well-established domiciliary care provider expanding in Edgware & Finchley, looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to shape and grow our new service.
What Registered Manager Do:
• Lead and grow a high-quality care team.
• Ensure CQC-compliant, person-centred care.
• Drive service quality, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Build local relationships to grow the business.
Registered Manager We’re Looking For:
• Proven care experience (domiciliary preferred).
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
• Strong leadership, people management & commercial skills.
• Knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, and care best practices.
• Must have a full UK driving license and access to car.
