Shifts across days and waking nights, including early and late shifts (8am-10pm) and alternate weekends.
We're looking for a friendly, proactive Support Worker to join a supporting living home supporting four gentlemen aged between 50 and 62. This is a fun, music-filled environment where laughter is part of daily life.
The gentlemen enjoy singing, playing instruments, baking, and getting involved in cooking so if you love music and have an interest in food, you'll fit right in. One gentleman loves going out in the car and is always up for an adventure, whether it's a walk, a drive, or a trip to somewhere new.
You'll be part of a team providing full personal care, supporting with mobility (including wheelchair use when out and about), and helping with daily routines, appointments, and social interests and routines. Staff work in pairs during the day, with lone working only for planned 1:1 support or after 8pm.
This home runs both day and waking night shifts, so flexibility across both is essential. You'll be joining a team that values teamwork and person-centred support and you'll be making a real difference every day.
