Summary
This is an office-based role.
15 hours a week.
Monday =11am-5pm
Tuesday = 2pm-5pm
Wednesday =2pm-5pm
Thursday =2pm-5pm
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join our growing company and make a real impact.
Main Responsibilities
• Setting up client scanner installs, training clients on the system and any client support calls.
Other responsibilities
• Scanning Envelopes onto our system.
• Data Entry, creating spreadsheets and Validations.
• Designing and printing envelopes for clients.
• Including all other general admin duties like booking couriers, keeping track of stock, and ordering new stock.
• keeping the office clean and tidy.
Skills and Experience
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
• Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
• Great Technical skills, specifically in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and next cloud. Also experience of setting up scanners in the past is preferred .
• Ability to work responsibly to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
