Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging, responsive, and visually appealing websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, translating concepts into functional, brand-aligned digital experiences. This role requires close collaboration with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver websites that enhance user engagement and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, user-centric websites aligned with brand identity and project objectives.

Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, and interactive elements using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.

Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to transform design concepts into functional web interfaces.

Ensure websites meet accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization standards.

Implement front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life.

Optimize website structure and content in alignment with SEO best practices.

Conduct regular design reviews and testing to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

Stay current with emerging web design trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in web or digital design.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or Photoshop.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Understanding of UX/UI design, SEO fundamentals, and web accessibility standards.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
