Summary
Supporting the overarching Lakeside Healthcare strategy and service delivery, the Paramedic (ECP) provides complete episodes of care for patients with a wide variety and range of presenting problems and health care needs. This encompasses the provision of evidence based, high-quality care for patients whose issues fall within urgent/acute episodes, long-term/chronic conditions and including health promotion and public health elements. As a Paramedic (ECP) you will be acting within your professional boundaries, providing care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of their care with the support of the Supervising or Urgent GP. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the St Neots PCN whilst working autonomously and taking full accountability for patient encounters.
