Job Purpose:
I am a 29 year old lady looking for a Personal Assistant. I would like someone to support me with developing friendships with people of my own age to improve and enhance my emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
I am quite anxious around new people but would like to engage and develop my opportunities within the community. I also have complex health issues so need someone who is able and confident to support me. I am a wheelchair and crutches user and can find walking difficult. Desirable:Experience of looking after someone with Fibromyalgia, heart and spinal conditionsSummary terms and conditions:· The rate of pay for this position is £13 per hour· Hours and times of work: 15 hours per week, flexible and agreed in advance· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeksPost is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
