Summary
Groundworker – Immediate Start
Location: Ely
Pay: £20 per hour
ARC Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our clients on busy construction sites.
About the Role
As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for:
• Drainage installation and repairs
• Concrete pours and finishing
• Kerbing, slabbing, and general groundworks
• Preparing and maintaining safe working areas
• Working as part of a site team to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in drainage and concrete pours
• Previous general groundworks experience
• CSCS card required
• Ability to work well in a team and follow health & safety procedures
• Reliable and hard-working attitude
