Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll work in a dynamic school setting, providing crucial support to students aged 5 to 18. Your focus will be on helping a small class (typically 4-5 students) who have a wide range of complex needs, including autism and physical disabilities.

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students with their learning and daily activities.

Collaborate with experienced teachers to deliver tailored educational and personal care plans.

Assist in creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every student feels safe and understood.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children with complex needs and is a great team player. While experience is a plus, your commitment and character are what matter most.

You have a genuine desire to make a difference in students lives.

You have experience, whether personal or work-related, supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN). This could include family care, volunteering, or prior work in a similar setting.

A valid Enhanced DBS check (for both children and adults) is required for this role.

A full driving license is highly recommended due to the school's location.
