Ability to analyse and evaluate information. Ability to develop monitor & evaluate Health Care Support Workers input. Ability to prioritise workloads. Able to manage staffing levels to cover care service needs. Ability to manage service capacity for care patients. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to working practice. Ability to adapt to new environments and changing situations. Ability to use negotiation skills and assertive skills appropriately. Ability to manage time effectively. Experience of IT systems. Willingness to undergo any relevant training. Full Clean Driving Licence and access to a car for business use in conjunction with work. Inter-personal and organisational skills. Trustworthy and reliable.
