About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations, helping to manufacture and prepare products to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
- Ensuring quality control is maintained throughout production
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory where required
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing role
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Reliable and punctual
