Catering Manager – RAF Marham
? Location: RAF Marham ? Full-time | ? Compass Group (Defence)
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead catering operations with a strong emphasis on compliance, stock control, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage catering stock orders, stock takes, and accurate month-end account closures
- Ensure full compliance with Compass policies, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations
- Conduct and action internal audits (Origami)
- Monitor and control cost of goods (COGs) and ensure use of approved suppliers
- Work closely with the General Manager and Military teams to ensure smooth operations
- Drive adherence to all Profit Protection processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven management experience in catering or food service
- Strong understanding of compliance, audit processes, and stock management
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Comfortable using internal systems (e.g. SAP, WAMS – training provided)
- Experience in cost control and delivering operational improvements
