Summary
Transport Dispatcher - Grangemouth
Manpower is currently looking to recruit a Transport Dispatcher to join our client's busy team based in Grangemouth.
This role is perfect for someone who has some experience in transport or logistics and is looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping to plan and organise vehicle routes with drivers and the wider team
- Speaking with customers and dealing with any transport-related issues or complaints
- Making sure all transport loads are recorded correctly and on time
- Working closely with the workshop and customer service teams
- Keeping systems up to date with driver feedback and other key info
- Supporting general site operations with safety and compliance processes
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience working in transport, logistics, or a similar environment
- Good knowledge of driver hours and transport regulations (or willingness to learn)
- Confident using computers, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 6am - 1:30pm/ 8am - 4:30pm - Potential for Weekend work
