The Wings’ CE Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Trust Business Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven professional to join our Trust in order to make a significant difference to the lives of our pupils.
The role will be based at a school however you will be required to travel to the schools within the trust during the week.
The Trust consists of three Primary Schools situated in the Wigan Borough and is an innovative and ambitious organisation committed to investing in the professional development of staff at all levels.
The Trust Business Manager (TBM) will work closely with the CFO and be responsible for ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in line with ESFA probity and governance requirements. Strategic support, direction and development will be provided by the CFO and the TBM will also be required to work with, and follow directives set by, the Executive Headteacher, CFO and Headteachers.
The successful candidate will be a member of the B&A Leadership Team and should have experience of leading and motivating colleagues.
The TBM will also be responsible for:
The supervision of the school’s financial management and accounting processes
Administrative systems
Data management & trust GDPR lead
Administration of the school’s nursery provision
Governance liaison
