Crynodeb
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking pharmacist to take on a senior leadership role in the delivery of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and Advanced Therapy Investigational Medicinal Products (ATIMPs). This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead pharmacy services supporting cutting-edge therapies such as CAR-T, within both clinical trial and routine care settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Pharmacy Clinical Trials & ATMPs to ensure the Trust is institutionally prepared for ATMP delivery, develop governance frameworks, and maintain compliance with national and international regulations. The role involves strategic planning, service evaluation, policy development, and multidisciplinary collaboration across pharmacy, clinical, research, and laboratory teams. This post requires expert knowledge of ATMPs, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The postholder will also represent the Trust at regional and national forums, contributing to the development of national guidance and best practice in ATMP pharmacy services.
