The role in a nutshell
As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll play an important part in school life by supporting pupils during the lunch period. You’ll help create a safe, positive environment by supervising activities, encouraging good behaviour, and ensuring lunchtime runs smoothly for both pupils and staff.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
• exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with pupils and colleagues
• A caring, approachable, and patient manner
• Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to set clear expectations
• The ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with staff and pupils
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
