Summary
The Best Connection - Manchester is currently recruiting for a RoRo (Roll-On/Roll-Off) Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client, a market leader in their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and professional team, with the potential for a long-term or permanent position based on performance.
Job Role:- Safely operate a RoRo Class 2 vehicle
- Perform daily drops and collections across the region
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
- Complete relevant paperwork accurately and on time
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) UK driving licence
- Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year RoRo experience preferred (newly qualified drivers will be considered)
- Solid knowledge of Manchester and surrounding routes
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
Depot based in M12 6BF, easily accessible from central Manchester and surrounding areas.
Pay & Benefits:- £15.47 per hour
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 8 hours
- Consistent hours: 40-45 hours per week
- Opportunity for temp-to-perm based on performance
