Summary
KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working from our client’s site, based in Bedford.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility required to work across all three shift patterns (morning, afternoons and nights)
Day to day duties will include:
• Carrying out pre-inductions & site tours
• Meeting all new starters on their first shift and ensuring they have a positive experience
• Completing daily check-ins and reporting absences for action
• Managing sickness, absence, timekeeping
• Reviewing the performance of individuals
• Identifying the weakest performers and supporting with coaching
• Regular Reviews with candidates (Well-being checks)
• Managing pay queries and holidays
• Managing rota’s, shift patterns and overtime
• Collecting MI data and reporting weekly
• Warehouse motivational walkarounds
• Broadcasting any incentives and engagement activities
• Attending site management meetings
• Know colleagues by name and be a familiar contact
