Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
-Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality.
-Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
-Schedule staff shifts and assign daily tasks efficiently.
-Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
-Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or similar environment.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
-Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
-Knowledge of health and safety standards in housekeeping.
