Summary
Sootys and Sweeps LTD in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months.
• Storing food correctly
• Prepping food for daily business
• Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
• Prep, cook and plate various menu items to company spec
• Prep, bake and decorate various cake items
• Support head chef in all kitchen tasks
• Presentable
• Flexible
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Trustworthy
• Ideally have a driving licence to work across 2 sites (not dependent)
Working 5 days out of 7 / 8:30am - 4:00pm / 30 hours per week
